1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Peachspring Atlas website, accounts, China travel information, trip-planning tools, plan checks, custom itinerary tools, file-processing features, paid trip products, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Peachspring Atlas is an independently developed and operated software project. In these Terms, "Peachspring Atlas," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the project and its operator.

2. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, uploading materials, purchasing a product, or using a protected feature, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Using Google to continue does not mean that you consent to optional marketing or non-essential analytics. Those choices, where applicable, are handled separately.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account, upload materials, or purchase a product. You may continue to read public content where permitted.
3. Eligibility
Account, upload, and paid services are intended for users aged 18 or older who can enter into a binding agreement.
If you provide information about another traveler, you are responsible for having an appropriate right or permission to provide it and for limiting it to what is reasonably necessary for trip planning.
4. Accounts and Google Sign-In
The first version of Peachspring Atlas supports Google Identity Services sign-in. We do not provide a separate Peachspring Atlas password account.
You are responsible for:
- protecting your Google account and devices;
- keeping your Peachspring Atlas session secure;
- signing out from devices you no longer use or trust;
- promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access;
- providing accurate information when using the Service.
You may not share, transfer, sell, or provide access to another person's account or private Trip Project. You may not attempt to access another user's trips, files, orders, PDFs, or other private resources.
We may revoke sessions or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, payment disputes, or account deletion.
5. The Service
Peachspring Atlas may provide:
- free Guides, POI information, and travel-preparation content;
- standard itinerary generation and previews;
- plan checks for an existing itinerary;
- custom Trip Projects and route-editing tools;
- private file uploads and pasted-text processing;
- OCR and AI-assisted extraction of travel facts;
- route checks, explanations, and proposed itinerary adjustments;
- saved route versions and continued access to purchased Trip Projects;
- final itinerary PDF generation;
- account, order, file, security, and privacy-management tools.
Peachspring Atlas is not:
- an online travel agency, travel agent, ticket seller, or accommodation provider;
- a real-time navigation, transport, or emergency service;
- a provider of immigration, visa, legal, medical, insurance, or financial advice;
- an agent or representative of a hotel, airline, railway, attraction, map provider, payment provider, or government body;
- a guarantee of third-party availability, schedules, prices, ticket rules, entry requirements, or real-time conditions.
6. Standard and Custom Trip Products
The planned V1 products are:
- Standard Trip: a one-time payment of
US$9for continued access to one specified, read-only standard Trip Project; - Custom Trip: a one-time payment of
US$19for one complete custom Trip Project, continued access, and a final PDF; - Standard-to-Custom Upgrade: a planned
US$10same-project upgrade; - no subscription in V1.
The checkout page will show the applicable product, Trip Project, price, currency, included rights, usage limits, and delivery information before purchase.
A purchase grants rights associated with one specific Trip Project. It does not create a general premium account or automatically apply to other trips.
Changes to future product pricing or features will not silently remove rights expressly included in the product snapshot you purchased, subject to security, fraud, refunds, disputes, legal obligations, and these Terms.
7. Payments, Delivery, Refunds, and Disputes
Payments are intended to be processed by a hosted payment provider.
Returning to Peachspring Atlas from a payment page does not by itself mean that payment has been verified or that access has been granted. Access becomes active only after the payment event has been verified and reconciled by our systems.
An order may be shown as processing, paid but preparing access, active, failed, cancelled, refunded, or under dispute. Refreshing or revisiting a payment-return page should not create a duplicate order.
The checkout flow will provide the applicable refund, cancellation, service-delivery, and dispute terms before payment. Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable consumer right under applicable law.
8. Your Content and Travel Materials
You retain any rights you lawfully hold in information, files, screenshots, PDFs, pasted text, and other materials you provide ("User Content").
You grant Peachspring Atlas a limited, non-exclusive permission to process User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
- securely upload, store, scan, and validate it;
- extract and present travel facts for your review;
- calculate routes and prepare itinerary proposals;
- save Trip Project versions and generate PDFs;
- provide support, security, backup, and recovery;
- comply with valid legal requirements.
This permission does not allow us to publish your private booking, ticket, hotel, flight, or itinerary facts as public POI information.
You must not upload:
- content you do not have the right to use;
- malware, executable files, or content intended to damage the Service;
- complete payment-card data, passwords, access tokens, or other secrets;
- unnecessary passport details or unrelated sensitive information;
- unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
9. OCR, AI, and Automated Assistance
Peachspring Atlas may use OCR and AI systems to classify travel documents, extract travel facts, explain the effects of an edit, and prepare itinerary options.
OCR and AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. To reduce risk:
- extracted facts are shown for review;
- facts do not silently change your itinerary;
- proposed itinerary changes are checked against structured route rules and available map or travel-time information;
- important effects, trade-offs, and unverified boundaries are shown where possible;
- a failed operation should preserve the last saved version;
- you can approve, reject, postpone, or, where supported, undo a proposed change.
AI output does not guarantee real-time opening hours, ticket availability, transport operations, weather, safety conditions, border requirements, or third-party performance.
10. User-Added Places
You may enter a place that is not yet available in the Peachspring Atlas POI dataset. We may create a private, minimal place record and use approved map or information services to obtain enough information for your Trip Project.
Your private place input does not automatically become a public POI. Any future public listing requires separate duplicate, source, quality, privacy, and publication review and must not contain your private booking or trip facts.
11. Travel Information and Reliability
Peachspring Atlas is designed to reduce avoidable itinerary problems, but travel conditions change. Actual results may differ because of:
- closures, reservation requirements, ticket rules, and temporary controls;
- traffic, weather, crowds, security checks, and transport disruption;
- map, geocoding, distance, and travel-time errors;
- flight, train, hotel, or attraction changes;
- incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information provided by you or a third party;
- government, border, visa, health, or safety-rule changes.
Before travel, you should verify important bookings, border requirements, intercity transport, fixed tickets, and other time-sensitive information with official or primary sources. You should keep appropriate time buffers and backup plans.
12. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- access or attempt to access another user's account or private resources;
- bypass authentication, ownership, entitlement, allowance, or rate-limit controls;
- scrape, index, or automate access to private or protected content;
- upload malicious, unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content;
- use the Service to harm, harass, deceive, or violate the rights of another person;
- conduct unauthorized security testing, reverse engineering, or exploitation;
- interfere with the Service or create unreasonable load;
- misrepresent your relationship with Peachspring Atlas or a third party;
- resell or republish protected trip content except as expressly permitted.
Public website content may be accessed through normal browsing and legitimate search-engine crawling subject to published technical rules. Private account content must not be crawled or indexed.
13. Intellectual Property
Except for User Content, third-party materials, and content made available under another license, the Service, software, interface, Peachspring Atlas brand, structured content, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and any purchased Trip Project or PDF for your own travel-planning purposes.
You may not reproduce, resell, publish, or use substantial portions of the Service to create a competing database or service unless applicable law permits it or we give written permission.
Third-party trademarks, maps, images, content, and services remain the property of their respective owners. A reference or link does not imply endorsement, partnership, or guarantee.
14. Third-Party Services
The Service may depend on or link to Google, maps, payment providers, hosting providers, OCR or AI providers, hotels, attractions, transport providers, and government websites.
Third parties control their own availability, information, prices, rules, terms, and privacy practices. Peachspring Atlas does not control and is not responsible for an independent third-party service, transaction, booking, change, or failure.
15. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature for maintenance, security, legal compliance, provider changes, or product improvement.
For a paid Trip Project with continued-access rights, we will take reasonable steps to preserve access, provide an alternative form of delivery, or explain an available remedy if a material feature is discontinued.
We may suspend or restrict an account or entitlement where reasonably necessary to address a serious Terms violation, security risk, fraud, chargeback, abuse, or legal requirement.
You may archive or delete a Trip Project and may request account deletion. Limited financial, fraud, dispute, security, or legal records may be retained where necessary and permitted by law.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to provide useful, structured, and reliable planning assistance, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every traveler, or that third-party information will always be current or complete.
Peachspring Atlas is not an emergency service. For safety, medical, legal, immigration, or other urgent matters, contact the appropriate authority or qualified professional.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peachspring Atlas will not be responsible for losses caused solely by independent third-party changes, inaccurate information supplied by a user or third party, failure to verify critical official information, or use of the Service outside its stated purpose.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable obligations.
The final public limitation-of-liability language must be reviewed against the operator's actual location, target markets, payment arrangement, and applicable consumer laws before paid services are launched.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
Peachspring Atlas does not currently state a registered company, registered office, or fixed governing-law jurisdiction.
Before paid services are launched, this section will be reviewed against the operator's actual location, target markets, and payment-provider requirements. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of a non-waivable right or protection under applicable law.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service, pricing, providers, operating structure, law, or security practices change. We will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date.
If a change materially affects purchased rights, responsibilities, dispute terms, or data use, we will provide an appropriate notice. Where renewed acceptance is required, we will record the new version without overwriting historical acceptance records.
